Role Description
The Strategic Partnerships & Client Acquisition Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Playa del Carmen, ROO, with some flexibility for remote work. The role includes identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships, as well as acquiring and managing new clients. Responsibilities include leading client engagement initiatives, understanding client needs, delivering high-quality customer service, conducting sales outreach, and providing insight and training to continuously improve partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-centric skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to foster trust and build relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and a track record of achieving client acquisition goals.
- Experience in Training to support continuous improvement and partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible hybrid work environment and manage both in-person and remote tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other client management platforms is a plus.
- Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals or private clients is a bonus.
