2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully stocked, penthouse condo overlooking a beautiful pool, garden area and golf course. Enjoy relaxing mornings out on our back patio, sipping your coffee and enjoying all of the daily wildlife (tropical birds, iguanas, agoutis, coatimundis and the occasional deer) seen from our top floor unit. Relax in our large pool on one of many floats, or enjoy reading your favorite books in one of the cushioned pool loungers. Our condo is located just steps away from several nice restaurants (The Admiral, Laura & Lucas, Casa Sofia, Viva Palapa, etc. ) and is also conveniently located close to the 10th Ave main guard gate leading to the bustling 5th Ave, Cozumel ferry pier and ADO buses, however, it’s in a quiet lush community. -Portable beach chairs and beach umbrellas with a carryall backpack (see picture) -Soft side coolers and plenty of tote bags for the beach -Pool floats to relax in the pool -Free concierge service - just call and she'll come meet you and set up tours, or just recommend great places to eat -Books and guides to help you plan your activities -Binder with more info and tips about the area including doctor references, etc. -Beach towels provided -Several sets of snorkels and masks (no flippers) -Coatimundi ("raccoons" that live in trees), agoutis and iguanas visit our gardens often and sometimes can be spotted in the tree near our balcony! Watch for the occasional deer in our gardens also. You will also enjoy watching and listening to the gorgeous tropical birds everyday all around our property! - -We are the penthouse level on the third floor, which is two flights of stairs -Sorry, no smoking inside the condo -We do not accept pets
