What you will be doing:
- Pre-contacting guests to plan their vacations.
- Responding and attending to our guests inquiries via email and in person.
- Taking initiative to add a personalized experience to our guests stay.
- Turning moments into memories for our guests through sparkles.
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and experience as a concierge and/or front desk agent.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Prior experience working with Opera.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
